At Jorvik Tricycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If your tricycle isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Tricycle
Carefully disassemble the tricycle and place it back into its original packaging with all manuals and components to ensure safe transit.
Arrange Collection
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the large-item shipment from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned tricycle for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
